Royal Sessions is a program that uses music as a therapeutic component to promote good health and happiness.Our purpose is to create an educational, interactive, and informative workshop, where attendees:
Learn about lupus and the benefits of music healing.
Engage in music healing discussions, musical activities, and enjoy musical performances.
Acquire useful knowledge and skills for their journey to live healthier and happier.
Royal Sessions Workshop Details:
Songwriting Exercise: We use the power of beats and words to collaborate in a communal songwriting activity.
Discussion: Musical healing discussion by Royal Sessions instructor.
Vocal Technique: Technique used to strengthen core muscles and relieves stress/depression.
Music as a Therapeutic Tool: Music has a way of healing us with its vibrations, words, and melodies. We have music lovers/experts from all sorts of backgrounds come and share how music heals them and how it can do the same for our participants.
Musical Performance: Hearing the final music provides a calmness to our body.
Royal Sessions workshop is also streaming live on Twitch and the workshop materials is provided via google classroom. Register to receive details.
