What’s the scariest place in Orange County? If you guessed Santa Ana, you’re right!
That’s because for the first time, on Sunday, May 26, the Dr. Willella Howe-Waffle House, a Santa Ana Historical landmark building, will host a one-night only haunted ghost tour. Expertly led by paranormal hosts and professional comedians Karen Rontowski and Ryan Singer, curious participants are invited to explore the haunted home and investigate reported paranormal activity including window tapping, haunted nurseries, EVPs (electronic voice phenomenon), the ghost of Dr. Willella (Orange County’s first female physician), and much, much more.

Built in 1889 by Dr. Alvin Howe and his wife Dr. Willella Howe, the Queen Ann Victorian-era home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a California Historic Point of Interest, and as a landmark building on the City of Santa Ana’s Historic Register.
