Downtown Burbank Partnership presents the 7th Annual Come Out & Dance! summer music festival with eight glorious nights of boogie, hop and cha-cha-cha under the stars on Thursdays in July and August. The stage and dance floor will be located on the AMC Walkway at San Fernando Boulevard and Palm Avenue in Downtown Burbank. July will feature the best in swing, while August will get hot with salsa. Come Out & Dance! is free and open to the public.
Festivities kick off nightly at 6:00 P.M. with dance lessons courtesy of Francisco and Stacey of The Dance Family Studio. Participants can learn the latest dance steps, refine their steps and sharpen their moves before putting it all into practice when the band strikes up.
At 7:00 P.M., the two-hour concert begins with Southern California’s hottest musical acts.

Orquesta Charangoa
Led by flutist Fay Roberts, Orquesta Charangoa plays a refined style of Cuban salsa called charanga that features flute, violin, percussion and vocals. The band’s repertoire includes salsa, mambo, cha-cha-cha, cumbia, meringue and montunos — all for your dancing pleasure.

Yari Moré Y Su Orquesta
Legendary “queen of salsa” Celia Cruz chose Moré and his orquesta to be her official West Coast band during the last seven years of her career. He has played with all the great salseros — Chirino, Groupo Niche, Puente, Rivera, Nieves and Vega, and invites you to experience a night to remember!
