SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY, CONTENT REIGNS ENTERTAINMENT, ANNOUNCES "BADLAND WIVES & 95.5 KLOS 'ROCK' AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" RED CARPET GALA ON NOVEMBER 14

Event to honor Creator and Executive Producer of beloved 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,' Beth Sullivan, with "Courageous Content Woman Award" while raising money to combat domestic violence at the Avalon Hollywood

(Hollywood, CA) - Socially conscious entertainment company, Content Reigns Entertainment (CRE), in partnership with 95.5 KLOS-FM, is announcing today its upcoming red carpet gala and award event occurring on November 14 begining at 5:50pm at the Avalon Hollywood. The event, Badland Wives & 95.5 KLOS "ROCK" Against Domestic Violence, will be providing a platform for domestic violence victims and survivors to speak out and receive support. Proceeds will benefit The National Domestic Violence Hotline and House of Ruth Inc. shelter for assisting victimized families of domestic violence and battered women of Southern California.

This year's theme is "empowering women," and entertainment persons and radio listeners will walk a red carpet while donating much-needed items from the shelter’s “Wish List.” The Gala will also feature CRE’s vault of TV shows and films for 2020 in trailer format. One of the trailers, "Badland Wives," a female-driven TV drama about the rise of wives in the Old West, will be screened during the event. This trailer was executive produced by Jane E. McAllister, and directed by Stephen S. Campanelli, director of “Momentum” and camera operator for "A Star is Born”, "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri," and “American Sniper.” More info about Badland Wives can be found at: www.badlandwives.com.

95.5 KLOS-FM is radio media sponsor and will offer live music from their "Rock Against Domestic Violence" campaign, along with sounds by DJ Fah Mina. Wendy Ellis, promotions director of 95.5 KLOS-FM rock radio station will announce over airwaves the nonprofits’ WISH LIST to benefit survivors of domestic violence healing in shelters.

“This Hollywood red carpet will be different in that celebrities and industry professionals will bring and personally donate much needed House of Ruth “Wish List” items for domestic violence survivors and families healing in shelters,” added Pidge Jobst, CEO of Content Reigns Entertainment and producer of the empowering TV show trailers to be viewed. “Radio station announcements will mention that network executives need only present a respective business card at the front entrance to enter and view maturated original content from our content vault.”

BG Contemporary Art Gallery at Bergamot Station will be presenting the “Courageous Content Woman Award” to Sullivan (Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman) on stage during the event.

Emcees include actress Anne McDaniels, ABC’s ‘The Wild Docs’ host Rachel Reenstra, comedian Adam Noble, and will feature a silent auction. The event is sponsored by KIND, DNA Skin Care, Di Maio Properties, Nasty Woman Wines, Whole Foods, and 95.5 KLOS-FM.
