Please join us at the Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club monthly meeting, Thursday night, November 14, 2019, 6:30 to 9:30 pm, at the Olympic Collection, 11301 W. Olympic Blvd., West Los Angeles, CA 90064.
GUEST SPEAKERS: This month we have special panel with five women who are kicking butt in Real Estate? Come out and meet five successful women who are active real estate investors. These women have been in the trenches and know how to swing a hammer (though they’ve learned they don’t have to). And that’s what they will share with you. Their stories are as different as their personalities, but they all share a couple of things in common: They are successful at what they do and they earn a good living doing it! Attend on November 14th and learn what advantages women have when investing in real estate. (Men; you can attend at your own risk.)
During this unique panel, you will learn:
• How to find deals in a changing market
• Meet experts in development, flipping, short-term rentals and raising money
• How to structure deals with multiple exits in mind
• What are the key resources to grow your real estate business
• Unlock your full potential as a real estate investor
• Why women are smarter, tougher, and better-looking than men
Deborah Razo. Deborah, our moderator for this special panel, is the President of the Women’s Real Estate Network (“WREN”). After owning several businesses, she realized that her path to financial freedom is through real estate investing and her personal mission to teach others who seek growth and want to live life fully!
Iris Veneracion. Iris has over 15-years experience working in the mortgage finance industry. She began investing out of state for “long term holds” and cashflow. She has invested in various areas and has continued flipping as a great source of capital.
Jen Maldonado. Jen acquired duplexes, non-performing notes and SFR in and out of state. She has been named as “Savvy Real Estate Investor” as per Huffington Post and recognized for her contributions on Rich Dad Poor Dad conferences. She has raised millions of dollars for real estate equity projects, acquisition of non-performing notes, rehabs, multi-families & other private loans worth over $50M.
Kathryn Morea. Kathryn Morea is a full-time real estate investor, landlord and Airbnb “SuperHost.” She co-owns and manages eight short-term rentals and several long term rentals in Southern California, as well as out-of-state properties. She has been investing for over 20 years and has done fix & flips, land subdivision, tax auctions, tax lien certificates, private lending, new house development & investing in trust deed notes.
Maria Anderson. Maria is a developer that specializes in multi-unit projects and properties in Los Angeles, Maria learned that there was no one holding her back but herself! As a result, Maria learned several different business models, which helped her put together her own strategy developing multi-residential properties.
These unique women are all members of the Women’s Real Estate Network (“WREN”), a group formed by women investors, for women and about women.
