Gallery 800, representing IATSE Local 800, announces its second art exhibition of 2010, Art Unites Spring opens with a hosted reception on Saturday, May 22, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, featuring music, refreshments and over 80 original pieces and will run through the end of July.
A few of the 30 artists participating in the exhibition are: including Evelyn Barbier, Set Designer on Bruce Almighty (2003) and Evan Almighty (2007); Catherine Giesecke, Scenic Artist on The Young and the Restless; Patrick Janicke, 3D Illustrator on Date Night (2010) and Concept Designer on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009); Jay Johnson, Main Title Designer on Inglorious Basterds (2009), Kill Bill (2003) and Kill Bill 2 (2004); and Rhea Rebbe, Assistant Art Director on the television series, Hannah Montana.
Gallery Hours: Thurs - Sat: 2:00-8:00 pm; Sunday 2:00-6:00 pm.
