A low impact cardio/strength class that combines the benefits of cardio n strength training all in one fun, easy to follow class. Created by Jan Kain, PhD, MS, RN, this class is geared to most ages n levels as modifications will be made. This class is particularly appropriate for newbies, active seniors, pregnant ladies, people just getting back to exercise after surgery or those with joint issues.
