Come learn Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, a relaxing, stress-relieving form of exercise and self defense.
Tai Chi consists of slow, meditative movements designed to promote circulation, mental clarity, and reflexes. Qi Gong consists of breathing exercises that enable the body to relax, increase longevity, and promote vitality.
Come see why so many people are beginning to use this natural, holistic therapy in their daily lives to combat illness and improve the healing process.
If there is one thing to said about tai chi is that is makes your whole day seem like it's going to be the luckiest, best days of your life. Why not have that feeling everyday.
Thursdays 6:15pm - 7:30pm - $15 per class or 12 weeks for $145. First class is free to see if it is a fit for you. All people are welcomed to come and learn in peace.
Classes are taught by Carlo St. Juste Jr., L.Ac,MAOM, a licensed acupuncturist and martial artist. Mr. St. Juste has been studying weights and strength training for over 10 years and has studying Tai Chi and Qi Gong for the last five on a personal and academic level. He has a deep understanding of creating a healthy lifestyle and using tai chi to treat illness.
