TELL YOUR FRIENDS
The unique casual dining experience offered at Crossroads BBQ and the neighboring Mexican restaurant Bubba Diego’s allows your family/co-workers/friends to indulge in their own individual tastes without compromise. No longer does the question of “What should we have tonight?” conjure up disputes. Our new concept allows diners to order from their own menu, or from the Mexican restaurant through the other set of doors. In fact, the owner, Mario Ernst, even offers gusts the option to order a bucket of Dinah’s chicken, his famous restaurant four miles south. The first of the new duo to open their doors, Crossroads BBQ and Grill, will be celebrating its grand opening soon at 2927 S. Sepulveda Blvd. Los Angeles, 90064. Only the open passages and back to back bars separate the two restaurants, operating separately but extending the advantages to customers with varied pallets. The concept focuses on making the entire dining experience more pleasurable. The décor is beautiful, yet comfortable, the music is soft enough for you to hear your conversation, and the big screen TVs offer diners and drinkers to distract themselves if preferred. Most importantly the food is hearty, and items such as Kansas City style baby back ribs, and slow cooked beef brisket, are made and served with love.
The restaurant, located just off the 10 and 405 freeways, takes on many meanings. While “Crossroads” originated as a reference to the famous deal with the devil made by legendary blues player Robert Johnson, this particular crossroads can represent anything from the major decisions in each of our lives, to the melting pot of cuisine future guests will delight in choosing between from our dual menus. Crossroads BBQ and Bubba Diego’s, share a roof and a few amenities, but offer the feel of two entirely different establishments, with separate seating, kitchens, staff, and fully stocked bars.
NOTE: It is always a good idea to verify date, time, location and other information prior to going.
