Our Weekend Warrior program is a 4 hour total fitness workshop held about once a month at one of our 12 locations around Los Angeles. It's a combination of Boot Camp, Workout "Games", Power Abs, Stretching, Resistance Training, and much much more. Think it sounds like a lot?
